Pediatric Care

Medical care for your baby and their siblings.

Care with us doesn't just stop after birth. We got you and your newborn covered! Enroll in our pediatric services today to continue your baby's care with our Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, Samy Kunze Garcia DNP, ARNP, CPNP-PC. Siblings up to age 5 are welcome to join as well. If you have a child older than 5 years, we are willing to accommodate on a case-by-case basis. For more information, please ask our front desk at info@myrvcc.org or request an appointment.

*Please note, pediatric services are provided only out of our Seattle clinic and you must already be a RVBHC client in our care.

Insurance Verification

Please visit our biller's website to get an estimate for care. Here are the instructions:

  • Visit the web address: www.larsenbilling.com
    (Larsen charges a $20 fee for the verification process.)

  • From the Home Page, go to the PATIENT SERVICES section. From the dropdown menu, select VERIFICATION OF BENEFITS. Then, follow the directions as listed on the page to submit your Patient Registration Form

  • Our Provider Identification Number is 26533. You will need to have this PIN in order to submit the request

  • Please make sure to provide your email address on the Patient Registration Form so that you'll get a copy of the results!

 

Our biller will then contact your insurance company to verify benefits, and will also initiate/address any in-network exceptions, referrals and authorizations with the insurance company.

 

Once verification is completed, they will email the results to you and to us.
