We accept most insurance plans but the safest way for you to understand your coverage is to call and verify that our provider is accepted, ask how much of your deductible is still owed, and what your co-pay will be.  

 

If your insurance company states that they will not cover your visit, we can bill out-of-network or you can cash pay.  

 

If you see your plan listed below and they state that they do not cover our provider, please email info@myrvcc.org.  

 

Insurance plans we DO accept:

• We accept most private insurance companies and we can bill as out-of-network if needed including Amerigroup, Molina, United Healthcare Commercial Plans, Premera, Aetna, Regence, Kaiser* (no pediatric coverage available for Kaiser), Cigna.  

• We accept the following Apple Health (Medicaid) Plans: Molina, Coordinated Care (**Coordinated Care Contract includes Medicaid plans, Ambetter commercial plans and Cascade Care Public option, Amerigroup, CHPW, and Provider One.) All RVBHC services will be covered at 100% and you do not need to complete the form below to get an exact estimate.  We do not accept United Healthcare Medicaid/Apple Health.

*We do not accept Kaiser insurance for pediatric care. Kaiser dictates that members must go to their own facilities for pediatric care, not allowing non-Kaiser providers to be credentialed with them. 
 

**If you have a Medicaid plan not listed above (eg, United Healthcare Plan), please change to a plan that we do accept by calling the Exchange at 800-562-3022. This process should take one phone call.
