The Birth Bundle and Village365 bring dedicated providers and services together for clients who qualify with customized education, access, and support to meet the needs of the families and communities we serve.

 

The Birth Bundle is grant funded and includes visits with a midwife or physician, birth and postpartum doulas, and lactation education and support wrapped into culturally relevant, healing care.

Village365 is grant funded and extends the birth bundle with additional postpartum support and pediatric care.

Our families choose to birth in a birth center or the hospital. Our providers collaborate with each other in order to meet our clients where they are at.  

 

The Birth Bundle provides proven services, healing care with a team that listens to your goals and works with you to achieve great pregnancy and health outcomes.  

 

Our care includes:​​

• dedicated providers and services 

• customized education, access, and support to meet the needs of the families and communities we serve

• prenatal visits with a midwife or physician

• birth and postpartum doulas

• lactation education and support

• birth at the place of your choice:  home, birth center, or hospital

• providers who collaborate to meet your needs

The Birth Bundle & Village365 are grant funded programs and slots are limited by funding and may be limited by financial or geographical factors depending on the funding source.
