Virtual Get Started in Care

Service Description

Free ONLINE session to get started in midwifery care. Learn what to expect in care when and from who, what your responsibilities are, and how to fully utilize your EMR. This is required for enrolling in care. It takes about 30 minutes but we book an hour to have space for questions. At the end of this class (yay, welcome to care!) your first ultrasound and in-person visit will be booked and lab order placed. After you register you will receive a zoom link. What you need: 1. It's much easier on a computer, but you can complete this using a phone with some patience. 2. Your insurance card 3. Your ID 4. Your demographic information including your social security number if you have one 5. Have a picture of yourself from the head-up ready to upload Warm thanks and we will see you there!
