No messing around--but a whole mess of fun. Always wanted to know what a super experienced midwife has seen over the course of 25 years of birthing experience? Come explore: What mindset is most likely to bring you to your baby in health and strength? What positions matter? What does agency mean in birthing? What might cause us to need to transfer? What to do during labor with your body to birth your baby in joy and strength. Bring a support person, a partner, a doula, or come on your own and learn all you can with an experienced midwife. And yes, if you are planning a hospital birth, this all still applies to you and you are very welcome in this class!
