Inbal Rait, LICSW (she/her)
Inbal is a Seattle native who recently moved back to the Pacific Northwest after many years on the east coast. She received her MSW from Smith College in Western Massachusetts and most recently worked at Seattle Counseling Service providing therapy to adults in the LGBTQIA+ community. She has been working in the mental health field for the last seven years, and comes to RVB&HC with a belief in the power of relationships to support healing and growth. Inbal's therapeutic practice and values consider the interconnected nature of systems of oppression on our bodies and wellness, and she integrates a feminist, relational lens into her therapeutic work. Her specialties and areas of interest include working with the LGBTQIA+ community and people navigating major life transitions, including grief or loss.
Outside of work, Inbal loves any activity that involves being outside- swimming in the lake, biking around Seattle, backpacking somewhere remote, or reading on a sunny day. During the colder and rainier months, she copes by quilting/garment sewing, cooking overly complicated meals, and playing with her dog Sofie.
