Arlene is a certified doula and childbirth educator serving the greater Seattle area. She is very passionate about educating, empowering, and supporting moms in their journey to labor and birth, confidently. Her doula training and certification were completed in 2019 with BEST Doula Training and her childbirth education cert through BEST Educator in 2021.

Arlene is trained to support all births; Home Birth, Birth Center, Hospital, or Cesarean, and if desired may also be available for postpartum services. She has two children of her own with her husband Justin and her family is brought to the PNW for Justin's work from Southern California.

 

Arlene’s own experiences in labor & birth propelled her passion and journey into birth work and since then she has been honored and motivated to support, educate and empower expectant families.
